These Terms and Conditions govern access to EduServe CRM for educational service agencies. The platform supports student inquiry management, application follow-up, document organization, client communication, payment tracking, and subscription-based CRM use.تنظم هذه الشروط استخدام EduServe CRM لمكاتب الخدمات التعليمية. تدعم المنصة إدارة استفسارات الطلاب، ملفات التقديم، المستندات، التواصل مع العملاء، متابعة المدفوعات، واستخدام النظام بالاشتراك.

1. Use of the service

Agencies must use the portal only for lawful educational service, administrative, and client-communication purposes.

2. Agency account separation

Each agency workspace is separated from other agency workspaces. Users must not attempt to access another agency account or misuse client data.

3. Trial access

The CRM may be provided as a free trial for three months. After the trial period ends, access may be limited until the agency activates a paid plan or receives written approval for extension.

4. Client data

Agencies are responsible for client consent, accurate records, lawful document handling, and protecting login credentials.
